Capoeira for Families

Capoeira for families classes are been offered in person at the park unless it is raining, in that case we will be at a Zoom virtual class. Contact us for location as we are offering this program free of charge in February.

Capoeira enriches your cultural roots and broadens your horizons. It’s about becoming part of a big and very diverse family.

The game is a mix of dance, language, music, martial arts and acrobatics. It’s like playing chess but using your body on the rhythm of the music!

The program will help you and your kids to develop coordination, strength, flexibility, social skills, strategy, quick thinking and leadership.
